A new language to learn

Muraho!

Well today I was emailed the first stage of the language learning for Kinarwandan (the official language in Rwanda)...The email said that I would need to be pretty much up to speed with it all since the in-country training is geared to take over where the on-line stuff finishes...Oh great! Now, having taken a French & Portuguese degree, I obviously managed to convince myself that I probably quite liked languages once but now I'm not sure. This one seems so totally different Being Romance languages French/Portuguese/Italian share lots of root words etc so learning them didn't seem all that difficult. Added to the fact that quite a few brain cells have been lost since uni I'm not as confident as I used to be...Still it's all about the challenge!
