Offers...

After the excitement of receiving not one but four offers all at once, I'm now in a position where I have none. In the end I rejected all four of them. The actual placements looked interesting but the locations of the two I was considering just seemed a bit too isolated. Of course, this is part of the challenge but I do know my limits and I also know what other placements are like which would be nearer to my 'comfort zone'. So, with regret, I let Julie know that I like to be put back in the 'pool' and swim a little longer...

Today seems to be a day of frustration what with the weather being as crap as it is and the fact I'm still waiting for some supply work. It now seems that everything's in but also so are the teachers, damn! Still, I there's always the dole and I've got an interview with the JC tomorrow-really wish I could do that over the internet!

In the meantime, I play the waiting game...
